Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
Dispatchify Technologies LLC ("Dispatchify," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Dispatchify platform, a national marketplace connecting businesses and individuals seeking security services ("Clients" or "Opportunity Submitters") with licensed security service providers ("Providers"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our practices, please do not use the Platform.
2. Data Controller and Responsibility
2.1 Dispatchify as Data Controller
Dispatchify Technologies LLC is the data controller for personal information collected through the Platform. We determine the purposes and means of processing your personal data in connection with our services.
2.2 Providers as Independent Controllers
When Providers unlock an opportunity and receive Client contact information, they become independent data controllers with respect to that information. Dispatchify is not responsible for how Providers use, store, or protect the personal information they receive through the Platform. Each Provider is independently responsible for their own compliance with applicable privacy laws when contacting and engaging with Clients.
2.3 Clients Should Review Provider Practices
We encourage Clients to ask Providers about their privacy practices before engaging their services. Dispatchify has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the privacy practices of Providers.

5. Cookies, Tracking Technologies, and Session Recording
5.1 Cookies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect and store information about your use of the Platform. Cookies are small data files stored on your device that help us:
- Remember your preferences and settings
- Authenticate your identity and keep you logged in
- Analyze how the Platform is used
- Deliver relevant content and features
- Measure the effectiveness of our communications
You can control cookies through your browser settings. However, disabling cookies may limit your ability to use certain features of the Platform.
5.2 Analytics Tools
We use Google Analytics and similar tools to understand how users interact with the Platform. These tools collect information such as how often you visit, what pages you view, and what other sites you visited before coming to the Platform. We use this information to improve the Platform and your experience.
5.3 Session Recording and Behavioral Analytics
We may use session recording and behavioral analytics tools to understand how users interact with the Platform. These tools may record:
- Mouse movements and clicks
- Scroll behavior
- Keystrokes (excluding sensitive fields like passwords and payment information)
- Page interactions and navigation patterns
This information helps us identify usability issues, improve the user experience, and troubleshoot technical problems. Session recordings are anonymized or pseudonymized where possible and are not used to identify individual users for marketing purposes.
6. Advertising, Retargeting, and Cross-Device Tracking
6.1 Targeted Advertising
We may use third-party advertising networks and platforms (such as Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn) to deliver targeted advertisements to you on other websites and platforms. These services may use cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies to collect information about your activities on the Platform and other websites to provide you with advertising based on your interests.
6.2 Retargeting
If you visit the Platform but do not complete a desired action (such as submitting an opportunity or creating a Provider account), we may use retargeting technologies to display Dispatchify advertisements to you on other websites and platforms you visit.
6.3 Hashed Identifiers and Audience Matching
We may share hashed (encrypted) versions of your email address or other identifiers with advertising platforms to create custom audiences or find similar potential users. This allows us to reach people who may be interested in our services. The hashing process is designed to protect your actual email address from being disclosed.
6.4 Cross-Device Tracking
We and our advertising partners may use cross-device tracking to recognize you across multiple devices (such as your phone, tablet, and computer) to provide a consistent advertising experience and to understand how you interact with the Platform across devices.
6.5 Opting Out of Targeted Advertising
You can opt out of targeted advertising by:
- Adjusting your device settings to limit ad tracking
- Using browser extensions that block tracking
- Visiting the Digital Advertising Alliance's opt-out page at www.aboutads.info/choices
- Visiting the Network Advertising Initiative's opt-out page at www.networkadvertising.org/choices
- Adjusting your preferences in the settings of individual advertising platforms (Google, Meta, etc.)
Please note that opting out does not mean you will stop seeing advertisements; rather, the advertisements you see may be less relevant to your interests.
7. How We Share Your Information
7.1 Opportunity Information Shared with Providers
When a Provider unlocks an opportunity using tokens, they receive access to the Client's contact information, including name, company, phone number, email address, location, and service requirements. By submitting an opportunity, Clients consent to this disclosure. Once a Provider receives this information, they become an independent data controller and Dispatchify is not responsible for how they use or protect that data.
7.2 Service Providers
We share information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Platform:
- Stripe: Payment processing for token purchases and subscriptions
- Google Analytics: Website and app analytics
- Cloud hosting providers: Data storage and infrastructure
- Session recording tools: User experience analysis
- Advertising platforms: Targeted advertising and retargeting
- Email service providers: Transactional and marketing communications
These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us.
7.3 Legal Requirements and Law Enforcement
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities. This includes disclosure to:
- Courts and tribunals, in response to subpoenas or court orders
- Federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies
- Regulatory agencies and licensing boards
- Tax authorities, as required for tax compliance
- Other government agencies, as required by applicable law
We may also disclose information when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
7.4 Business Transfers
If Dispatchify is involved in a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, financing, bankruptcy, insolvency, receivership, or dissolution, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any change in ownership or use of your personal information by posting a notice on the Platform or sending an email to the address associated with your account.
7.5 No Sale of Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. The sharing of opportunity information with Providers who unlock opportunities is part of our core service and is not considered a sale. The sharing of hashed identifiers with advertising platforms for targeted advertising purposes may be considered "sharing" under certain state privacy laws; you may opt out of this as described in Section 6.5.
8. Aggregated and De-Identified Data
We may aggregate, anonymize, or de-identify personal information so that it can no longer reasonably be used to identify you. We may use and disclose such aggregated or de-identified information for any purpose, including:

- Platform analytics and performance metrics
- Business intelligence and trend reporting
- Academic research and publications
- Improving our services and developing new features

Aggregated and de-identified data is not subject to the restrictions of this Privacy Policy because it does not identify you.
9. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
- Opportunity data: Retained for 30 days after an opportunity expires or is fully claimed
- Provider account data: Retained for 30 days after account closure
- Transaction records: Retained as required for tax and legal compliance (typically 7 years)
- Analytics data: Retained in aggregated or anonymized form indefinitely
After the applicable retention period, we will securely delete or anonymize your information.
10. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption, secure servers, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
